Srinath Kompella is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and a whole time director of the company. He has been an integral part of Virinchi since its inception. Srinath has worked with the capacity of sales leader where he was responsible for enterprise sales, consulting, partner program business and quickly moved on to become the Chief Operations Officer. Srinath spent a large part of early career in USA with in Operations, Sales & Marketing and quality control. His has strong exposure to a global and multi cultural work environment, background with sales, strategy and operations are experiences which are helpful to the organization. Srinath handles software development operations with a focus on driving revenue growth and leverage the company’s strengths of innovation, technology, process insight and globalization to further enhance the company's position

Srinath  holds a masters degree in management from IPE, Hyderabad and bachelors degree in commerce.

Mr.Viswanath Kompella is an established veteran, innovator and entrepreneurial leader in software development industry. He has over 20 years of experience in the field of software development. His vision and experience in the field of IT helped building Virinchi successfully as per the business model. Mr.Viswanath is an alumni of IIT Madras.

Krishna Kanaparthy is the non-executive independent director of the company. He has 16 years of experience in the corporate Law, Taxation, Civil Matters. He is presently working as e partner in M/s.Sunder & Krishna, Advocates, Hyderabad. He is presently practicing in civil courts and High Court of Andhra Pradesh.

Dato' Kunasingham Sittampalam is the non-executive independent director of the company. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) and Master of Engineering degrees from Sheffield University, United Kingdom. He has 30 years of Business Experience in the field of software development. He is at present a member of the Harvard Business School Alumni Club of Malaysia. Kunasingham is a Fellow of Institution of Engineers, Malaysia, a registered Professional Engineer, Board of Engineers Malaysia and a Member of the Institution of Highways and Transportation. He is also the director of HSS Intesys Sdn. Bhd, the IT subsidiary of HSS Integrated Group, providing value added services in engineering software, planning and scheduling work.

Mr. Samad Momin is the non-executive independent director of the company. He has over 20 years of experience in international companies. Mr. Samad Momin is B. Tech (IIT) from Madras. He also did his masters in Science and Management from Ohio State University.
