Requirements:
	Engineer or MCA or MSc (IT/Computers)
	3- 5 years in the similar technologies

To take up high level and low level design, DB design, coding and unit testing, code reviews, ability to interact with customers and handle small teams; Excellent knowledge in J2EE design patterns

Requirements:
	Engineer or MCA with more than 70% marks
	4-6 years in similar technologies
	Valid US Visa holders preferred

- Eliciting, understanding, analyzing and documenting client / product requirements;
- Co-ordination with project team members with regard to project deliverables;
- Leading functional testing

Requirements:
	MBA / MCA / Chartered Accountant
	3 -5 years in finance and / or software industry. At least 1 year should be in software industry
	Valid US B1 Visa Preferred

- Preparation of Test Plan and Test Report
- Preparation and Execution of Test cases
- Automating Testing by writing Test scripts

Requirements:
	Engineers, MBA / MCA , MSc
	2 -5 years in Testing database driven web-applications
	Experience in automated testing such as QTP, LoadRunner or OpenSTA

3-5 yrs of industry experience with Min 2 yrs of production exposure with min. of 50-100 concurrent users OCP certification preferred

Requirements:
	MCA/BTech preferred
	3-5 yrs of industry experience with Min 2 yrs of production exposure with min. of 50-100 concurrent users

5-6yrs of industry experience with Excellent written and oral communication skills, Awareness of ISO/CMMI standards, Managing a team of 15 members with 2-3 Team leads and 2-3 yrs of direct customer interaction with Onsite experience
