Virinchi is presently CMMi Level 3 company and is on the way to achiev CMMi Level 4 quality process and finally CMMi Level 5.

CMMi Level 4 journey till date:

• Virinchi completed mapping the organizations best practices to CMMi standards and conducted an informal gap analysis(SCAMPI-C).
• Virinchi is undergoing process improvements. Efforts are under way for final assessment. i.e., CMMi 4
• Employees are trained on CMMi Levels with CAR, DAR, SQC Techniques and Peer Review.
• Existing QMS is updated as per CMMI level 4 standards.
• Identified FAR group representatives.
• Efforts are under way for pre assessment (SCAMPI-B)
