Viswanath Kompella
Mr. Kompella is the founder of Virinchi and is the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company. A Mechanical Engineer from IIT Chennai, He has a vast network world wide and heads the Strategy, Marketing and Innovation disciplines in Virinchi.

Anil kumar Pinapala
Mr. Anil Kumar Pinapala is presently working as the Chief Executive Officer Virinchi Technologies Ltd. He has vast experience in the information technology industry in both operational and management roles.
Anil is a management graduate from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), New Delhi and worked briefly with IMRB before joining Virinchi’s Business Development team. Based out of the United States, Anil has emerged as a thought leader in the Micro Lending Domain in the US & UK and has been a key driver of Virinchi’s success in the past few years with acquisition of new customers and successful execution of projects globally. Before being appointed the CEO, Anil headed the North American Sales and Operations of Virinchi and also worked closely with Viswanath for other geographies.

Srinivasa Srikanth Uppuluri
Mr. Sreenivasa Sreekanth Uppuluri is presently working as Chief Operating Officer in Virinchi Technologies Ltd. Sreekanth has 11 years of experience in the information technology industry in both operational and management roles. He obtained his Bachelor's degree from NIT Jamshedpur.

Mr. Samad Momin
Mr. Samad Momin is currently working with GE Heath Care and is a part of the top management team. He has over 17 years of experience in international companies. Mr. Samad Momin is B. Tech (IIT) from Madras. He also did his masters in Science and Management from Ohio State University.

Karpey Jagan Mohan Rao
Mr. Karpey Jagan Mohan Rao, who has a rich experience of 15 years in fields of Marketing and Finance, is a Masters Degree holder in Business Administration (Marketing) and Sciences from Osmania University, Hyderabad. He was into General Finance business for about 10 years. Worked with Duke Arnics Electronics Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad for 5 years as Marketing Manager where he was in charge of entire Marketing and Sales activities of the company. Besides, he was a partner in Virinchi Consultants Pvt. Limited and a sub-broker at Hyderabad Stock Exchange.

Dato' Santha Kumar
Dato' Santhakumar is the Executive Director of HSS Integrated Sdn Bhd. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons), Civil degree from Brighton Polytechnic, (1978), and a Master of Science, Highway and Traffic, Engineering degree from University of Birmingham (1979). In addition, he has attended Road Conferences overseas. He is also a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers, Malaysia, a registered Professional Engineer, Malaysia and member of the Malaysia Institution of Directors.

Presently, he also sits on the Board of Feedback Ventures Private Limited, India and Feedback HSS-Integrated Private Limited, India. He is also the director of HSS Intesys Sdn. Bhd, the IT subsidiary of HSS Integrated Group, providing value added services in engineering software, planning and scheduling work. At HSS Integrated, Santhakumar has been Project Director involved in overall project planning and implementation of projects, which include among others, improvements to Federal Highway Route II from Subang to Shah Alam for PLUS, LRT 2 System for PUTRA Sdn Bhd, Expenses Rail Link from Kuala Lumpur to KLIA for ERL Sdn Bhd, West Coast Highway for Talam-Larut Construction, Dedicated Highway Project for Konsortium Lapangan Terjaya Sdn Bhd, Sewerage projects implemented by Indah Water Sdn Bhd and the Central Link Expressway for ELITE Sdn Bhd.

Dato' Kunasingham Sittampalam
Dato' Kunasingham Sittampalam is presently the Executive Director of HSS Integrated Sdn Bhd (HSSI). He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) and Master of Engineering degrees from Sheffield University, United Kingdom. He is at present a member of the Harvard Business School Alumni Club of Malaysia. Kunasingham is a Fellow of Institution of Engineers, Malaysia, a registered Professional Engineer, Board of Engineers Malaysia and a Member of the Institution of Highways and Transportation.

He is also the director of HSS Intesys Sdn. Bhd, the IT subsidiary of HSS Integrated Group, providing value added services in engineering software, planning and scheduling work. At HSS Integrated, Kunasingham has been the Project Director involved in overall project planning and implementation of projects, which include among others detailed design and supervision of the Privatization of Roads and Interchanges in Kuala Lumpur for Metramac Corporation Sdn. Bhd.

Karpey Jagadish Rao
Mr. Rao has earned his Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from University of North Carolina, USA. He founded Future Integrated Systems (FIS) in June 1994, Located in San Jose, CA, USA. He served as the Board of Director of FIS. He was instrumental in building the Company, and its excellent technical and business team. FIS was acquired by National Semiconductor Corporation, USA and in this, Rao was managing a group involved in the architecture and development of 'PC on Chip". Rao was also managing a design group at Cirrus Logic, a leader in providing single chip disk controller for the Hard Disk Industry. He was also responsible for multiple business relations with various international and US Companies, like NEC Japan, OKI Japan, Fujitsu Japan, ITE Taiwan, Elpine Systems USA, Number Nine USA, NEC USA. Overall Rao's 17 years of US experience in high technology industry covers both business and project management experience. |
